This study aims to provide a clear understanding of the main concepts and terminology associated with psychobiographical research by explaining them. It also examines the historical roots of psychobiography and identifies the main stages associated with conducting such research. An attempt is also made to shed light on the role of psychobiography in the study of the lives of people with disabilities from a psychological perspective.
