The significance of women’s participation in civil society is primarily determined by their role in implementing fundamental democratic values such as human rights, gender equality, and social justice. Through public institutions, women contribute to the formation of civic culture, enhance legal awareness among the population, and promote the democratization of relations between the state and society.
