Abstract

This article analyzes the formation and development stages of the legal regulation of entrepreneurial activities of self-employed persons in Uzbekistan. The research highlights the constitutional foundations of this institution, its role in current legislation, and legal mechanisms. Additionally, the registration procedure, specific aspects of taxation, and social protection issues are examined from a scientific and legal perspective.
