This article analyzes the socio-economic conditions of pedagogical and support staff working in preschool institutions of the Uzbekistan during the period 1946–1970. The study examines the process of training pedagogical personnel, their wages, social guarantees, material provision, and working conditions. Based on archival documents, official resolutions, and statistical data, the article reveals the socio-economic foundations of the preschool education system of that period, contributing to a deeper understanding of its historical development.
