This article analyzes the role of football in the social development of schoolchildren, particularly its pedagogical potential in fostering teamwork and leadership skills. Through football, students acquire essential social qualities such as communication, responsibility, decision-making, collaboration, and leadership. The article highlights the educational value of football based on modern teaching concepts and suggests effective ways to integrate it into the school curriculum.
