The article analyzes the process of developing artistic creativity in young people, youth policy, its legal basis, the fact that the development of artistic creativity is a systematic, legal process, the issues of aesthetic consciousness, aesthetic culture, aesthetic values, the role and importance of artistic creativity in the spiritual development of young people. The issues of the connection of the development of artistic creativity in young people with political, social, and spiritual spheres of life are considered.
