This article highlights the importance of a developmental environment in the educational and upbringing process of preschool-aged children. It analyzes the content and main functions of such an environment and its impact on the cognitive, socio-emotional, and creative development of the child. The article also provides practical recommendations for creating and effectively utilizing this environment in the pedagogical process.
