This article analyzes the process of training teaching staff for the preschool education system in the Uzbek SSR during the years 1946–1949 and its distinctive features. The study examines the activities of educational institutions, reforms in the teacher training system, the transition from short-term courses to a permanent educational structure, and the broad involvement of women in pedagogical professions.
