This article is devoted to the fact that the national language is always connected with culture, economic, political, and scientific ties between people, peoples, countries, and international cultural communication. Linguistic interaction and linguistic culture are special directions and subjects in the field of linguistics and cultural studies.The historical monument "Kutadgu Bilig" has its fame as a scholar who says that at the historical stage of our nation, wisdom and insight served as the basis for our national identity and culture. At the same time, lexemes related to the concept of intelligence and simplicity were involved in the analysis of the work.
