The Uzbek people have a rich and long-standing cultural heritage. Holidays play an important role in the cultural, religious and social life of the nation. The names of Uzbek national holidays are closely related to the history, traditions and cultural values of the people, and their semantic and national-cultural features require deep analysis. The article discusses the thematic classification of the names of Uzbek national holidays and their national-cultural significance.
