In this article analyzed the life and scientific activity of Aleksey Dmitrievich Grekov. His innovative research in the fight against infectious diseases, as well as his initiative in the establishment of scientific institutions were highlighted.
The article aims to analyze A.D.Grekov's personal and professional life, his work in public health improvement and the importance of his scientific legacy nowadays.
