This article explores the impact of management styles in the educational system. It examines authoritarian, democratic, and laissez-faire approaches and analyzes their unique characteristics in the educational process. The research findings highlight how these management styles influence educational quality and the development of teachers and students. The importance of selecting management styles tailored to the institution’s needs and conditions to enhance the educational system’s effectiveness is emphasized.
