In this article, the author explains that the system of spiritual propaganda existing in society today makes a great contribution to the formation of humanistic virtues and feelings of loyalty to national and universal values, while at the same time a number of problems associated with it persist, as a result of which there are people in society who are indifferent to the social significance of virtues and values, do not fully understand them, and whose formation of virtues and values has slowed down or stopped, and gives a number of suggestions and recommendations.
