The article analyzes Maxtumquli's poetic traditions in I. Yusupov's lyrics. Examples of Magtymguly's aesthetic views and philosophical reflections can be found in the lyrics of I. Yusupov. I. Yusupov's artistic and aesthetic world, nourished by Maxtumquli's poetry, reflects the creator's worldview, artistic and aesthetic world, and the existence of poetic and artistic-aesthetic closeness in the artistic depiction of life's realities.
