This article analyzes the concept of justice in the governance of the state and society of Mahmud az-Zamakhshari and Amir Temur, its role in human and social relations. It also presents an analytical approach to how the ideas of the thinker and commander can serve as a spiritual and scientific basis for reforms in the development strategy of New Uzbekistan.
