Abstract

This article extensively analyzes the institutional foundations of youth policy in the context
of New Uzbekistan and their practical implementation. The article highlights the issues of increasing the socio-economic activity of youth, the transformation of education, and the rejuvenation of managerial personnel from a scientific point of view. Also, using the example of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the system of stimulating young talents and the sociological aspects of their awarding with state awards were studied
