HUMAN SELF-ALIENATION AND THE FACTORS OF LONELINESS

This article analyzes the relevance of the problem of human self-alienation and loneliness, examining its socio-psychological and philosophical dimensions. It explores various manifestations of alienation, its underlying causes (including social, economic, cultural factors, and the impact of technology), as well as factors that exacerbate the sense of loneliness. Furthermore, the article highlights the negative effects of these conditions on individual psychology, social relationships, and universal human values, while proposing solutions focused on strengthening social bonds, personal development, and self-awareness.
