In this article, along with revealing the socio-philosophical, economic and political aspects of Mahmud al-Zamakhshari’s life, the features of Khorezm Oka’s development are revealed based on the characteristics of this period. At the same time, Mahmud al-Zamakhshari’s place in the world of science, his views that science can glorify man and raise him to the level of perfection are revealed on the basis of analysis.
