The article reflects the work of such writers as H. Dostmuhammad, N. Eshonkul, S. Siyoyev, who left a significant mark on the realistic Uzbek short story. It is also clarified that the image of the novelist lives in the spiritual world. every literary hero. When solving these problems, the names of a number of researchers are mentioned. In solving these problems, the scientific opinions of a number of researchers were addressed.
