Abstract

This article examines the issue of transnational crime in the field of information technology. In particular, new forms of crime, including cybercrime, data theft, and other threats through the Internet are analyzed. Also, the role of modern technologies in the formation and development of transnational crime, the importance of international legislation and security measures are considered.
