This article analyzes dialectical communication between social norms and social consciousness in the new Uzbek society, socio-political reforms, modernization processes and the impact of globalization on changes in social norms and social consciousness. Also, in the context of global changes, social norms and the influence of social consciousness on the development of society are considered.
