Phraseological units are an important part of each language and reflect national consciousness, culture and historical experience. In particular, expressions taken from religious sources show how the worldview and religious ideas of the people are imprinted in the language. This article studies phraseological units of Koranic origin in the Turkish and Uzbek languages, analyzes their similarities and differences.
