Ushbu maqolada Emi Tan va Maksin Xong Kingston kabi taniqli diaspora yozuvchilarining Kongressning “Xitoyliklarni istisno qilish to‘g‘risida”gi qonuni va Anxel orolining Immigratsiya stansiyasi tekshiruvi kabi muhim tarixiy voqealarni o‘z badiiy asarlarida tasvirlash va xolisona tahlil qilish orqali Xitoy-Amerika adabiyotiga xos bo‘lgan xususiyatlarni tadqiq etiladi.
