This article examines the development of professional-communicative competence in future teachers as a key socio-pedagogical aspect of modern education. It emphasizes that successful pedagogical activity is impossible without well-developed communication skills that facilitate constructive interaction with students, colleagues, and parents. The article analyzes current requirements for teaching staff and highlights the importance of forming effective communication skills, empathy, tolerance, and a culture of pedagogical interaction among future teachers.
