Annotatsiya

Maqola oliy ta’lim yosh o‘qituvchilari uchun didaktik moslashuvning o‘ziga xos yangi metodik qarashlariga qaratilgan kredit-modul tizimi doirasida samarali o‘qitishning strategik yondashuvlarini o‘rganadi. Kredit-modul tizimining xususiyatlari va tamoyillarini ko‘rib chiqilib, uning modulli tuzilishi va kredit jamg‘armasiga urg‘u berilgan. Yosh o‘qituvchilar duch keladigan o‘ziga xos muammolarni o‘rganadi, masalan, turli xil talabalar kogortalarini boshqarish va modulli tizim doirasida ish yukini muvozanatlashtirish.
