Ushbu maqolada ta’lim jarayonida motivatsiyaning psixologik-pedagogik mohiyati chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Motivatsiya tushunchasi tarixiy rivojlanish bosqichlari, turli nazariyalarga asoslangan tushuntirishlari, shuningdek, zamonaviy ta’lim muhitida uning ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqiladi. Xususan, intrinsik va ekstrinsik motivatsiya, o‘quv faolligini rag‘batlantirish usullari, yosh xususiyatlariga mos ravishda motivatsiya vositalarini tanlash masalalari alohida e’tiborga olinadi.
